Event design - style, color, fabric, theme, centerpieces, backdrops, table settings - we can help bring your vision to life
Selecting and managing vendors - Using our extensive contacts we will help you find vendors from catering to cake, DJ to dress. Once selected we maintain contact with all vendors, check progress to deadlines, manage payment schedule, and provide quality control as needed.
Schedule - We'll help keep everyone in sync by creating a detailed timeline of event week, including vendor load-ins and load-outs, preparation, dance rehearsals, etc.
Budget - We can work with you to create a realistic budget for your event and help you manage to keep it on track.
Face-to-face consultations - We'll meet with you throughout the process to answer questions and help ensure that everything is going the way you want.
Contingency planning - We'll help make back-up plans so we can anticipate and avoid potential problems.
Emcee services (Spanish and English).
Event staffing - 12 hour-on duty on the day of event, coordinating all details from final set up to cleanup
Event closure - Ensuring vendors have met all obligations, manage any returns, etc.
