  • Check-ins your way: Meetings by in-person/Zoom/phone + fast text/email support.

  • Contingency planning: Weather, power, layout, delays—Plan A, B, and C ready.

Week-Of & Rehearsal

  • Final venue walk-through and layout confirmations.

  • Cue sheets for ceremony, grand entrance, toasts, first dances, cake, send-off.

  • Rehearsal support to get everyone in sync.

Day-Of Coverage (12 hours on site)

  • Lead coordinator + support as needed.

  • Oversee final setup and décor placement.

  • Direct vendors, wedding party, and family to the right place at the right time.
